Despite living in Edinburgh and receiving a Hogwarts letter, I was appalled to attend. I immediately accepted due to my obsession with the medical field. Although the medical field is different from the wizarding world. I believed that I’d fit right in. Or so I hoped my first year.
The months went by and I managed to pass Year 1 with flying colors. Over summer, I spent my time writing books and a thesis on Herbology. My passion for the subject grew into Year 2 where I tried to make friends. Being pushed aside wasn’t a pleasant feeling but I remained as the nice guy.
Starting Year 3 was fun and adventurous! I met someone who changed my world. As I focused on my studies my struggles remained in Transfiguration. I hoped that the following year would give me clear guidance. On the side, I overshadow Healers at St. Mungo’s Hospital. They have given me an internship for the summer and I look forward to learning what I can.
