Backstory

The sorting hat debated between Ravenclaw and Slytherin, but eventually decided on Slytherin because my desire for control and success outweighed my desire for knowledge. I'm a half blood. My dad is from a low-level pureblood family and my mom was a muggle. She was very angry when she found out I had magic. It was a rough couple of years. I think that my biggest strength is my willingness to do whatever I need to in order to achieve my goals. On the other hand I was crippling anxiety and seizures. After I graduate hogwarts, I want to go into spell crafting or wand making. I find theoretical magic incredibly fascinating. I use magic to do what I need, whether that is protecting myself, helping those I care about, or achieving success. My biggest goal is to gain respect. I have a California king snake named Mercutio.
