Year 4, or the first year of Magical Law, will focus on the history of the law, and the need to have social rules and regulations in a community. The basics of law, judging and punishments are explained and the ancient and classical forms of the judicial branch are discussed. The first judicial text will be discussed and one learns to brief court cases. The first moot court (fake judicial process) will be enacted, to fully grasp the legislative texts. Get your quills and parchment out, because this is going to be a heavily packed course!
