Letters to The Departed.
A series of poems and writings that try to capture the pure agony that carries the beauty of being alive. Some may be short, some may be long, some may be full essays and some may be simple quotes. Some may be in different languages, depends on how inspiration strikes but be sure you'll always find the translation along with it, I am certain it wont be as breath taking as in the tongue it was inspired, but is still there for your eyes to read. -S.K

Chapter 1
I am the stars
I am the dust of the sky and the wished of men
I am what they call a dream
I am who watches over your nightmares
The faint memory that you feel still
I am what they call the beginning of pain
The open wound on your chest
I am the drug to numb it down
The golden pill so the world shuts up
I am the roses on a grave, and the crows that take them away.
I am the stars
Those you want to reach
I am the stars
Burning in the sky
Dying and agonizing while the world thinks my light is eternal.
I’m those who you never miss until you need them
I’m those who are not crucial but spin along with the world
I am who dies in the night and is never mourned
I am who is guilty of only proving wrong
I am the stars.
Outshined by the sun.
Because the sun is not bigger, but is closer, and is crucial.
While I just shine, which many consider to be frugal.
