Backstory

I remember the day I received my acceptance letter at Hogwarts as if it were yesterday. I come from a muggle family, so when the letter arrived, we were all baffled magic existed, even less that I had the ability to perform it! Yet, however unbelievable it may have seemed, I was out of this world. I began loaning as many magical books as I could find. And even if I did not yet receive my wand, I already had begun practising wand movements with sticks; not to mention all the history books I had myself read. Since I got sorted into Ravenclaw, I have been keeping myself on top of my classes and lost many nights of sleep to be top of my year. I am thrilled to be at Hogwarts. Not only because I get to learn about this incredible universe, I did not know existed, but because I get to experience it with the lovely people I have met. All the late evening's laughter, the many nights of group studying, the one shameful but comical rule-breaking, the shoppings at Hogsmeadem; the countless memories that fill y heart with joy. I love it here, and I do not wish for more - maybe the time-turner McGonagall does not allow me to bear.
