Backstory
Growing up with a Squib father and a Witch mother, my family was distant, and I mainly kept to myself, effectively raising myself. When I failed Defense Against the Dark Arts and Transfiguration my second year of Hogwarts, I locked myself in the library any time I had to overcome my academic barriers, DADA and Transfiguration soon becoming my best subjects. When I graduated a couple years ago, it was with N.E.W.T.s in not only Transfiguration and Defense Against the Dark Arts, but Charms, Ancient Studies and Ancient Runes as well. I started right out with an entry level curse breaking job at Gringotts. I have a lot of fun travelling for my work, and over the summer and holidays when I’m home in London I like to scour some of the shadier shops to find new books, no matter how dark or obscure the subject. At work I specialize in Ancient Greek wards, curses, and mythology.
