Backstory
Hi, I’m Izabelle Black Ollivander — but most people just call me Izzy. Yes, those Blacks and those Ollivanders. I know what you’re thinking, and no, I don’t spend all my time polishing wands or talking about family honor. I’d rather make my own name, even if it’s a difficult thing to do when both sides of your family practically built half of wizarding Britain.
I was sorted into Slytherin, which surprised absolutely no one. I’ve always been ambitious, but not in the “take over the world” sort of way — I just like to be the best at what I do. I love learning new spells, and I probably spend too much time in the library chasing answers to things most people don’t even question.
My mother says I inherited her charm and my father’s curiosity — which is a polite way of saying I talk my way into trouble and then overthink it afterward. Still, I’d rather be clever than careless.
Outside of all that, I’m just... me. I like quiet corners, late-night talks by the fire, and the kind of magic that doesn’t always come from a wand. Oh, and I have a girlfriend — she keeps me grounded, reminds me that life isn’t all about legacy and expectations. For once, I think my parents actually approve.
