Backstory

When customers have a good or bad experience while shopping, they would like to share their feedback with the store. So recognising this problem, Kroger, One of the biggest retailer in USA started a website called “KrogerFeedback”. This online platform enables customers to participate in the survey and also reward 50 fuel points as a good will.
