Backstory
(Younger Student) Being the scion of the ancient house of Selwyn, I had always known and had anticipated the letter inviting me to Hogwarts ever since I was old enough to understand who and what exactly I was. I had thought I had everything figured out... everything accounted for. Nothing seemed to surprise the cool, collected youth who projected an air of dispassion. Until my sorting; the pivotal moment of my life where everything I seemed to know changed. I was a Gryffindor, the first among my lineage. Confused and scared, I tentatively started my first year at Hogwarts.
