Backstory

When I received my Hogwarts Letter that faithful day, I didn’t know what it would mean. I was born in Australia and had never heard of witches or wizards, because I was born into a Muggle family. How was I supposed to know regular pencils couldn’t write in all the colors of the rainbow? I had to come over from Australia by myself because the rest of my family thought that it was a joke, but I was serious that I had to go. I had a little help from people finding my way around to buy the different things needed, but I figured it out eventually. I nearly missed the train, because I was so confused about how to get to the platform, until I saw another family run into a wall. Hogwarts has been amazing so far, everything is so new, and I got over my homesickness pretty quick!
