Backstory

When I first got my Hogwarts letter, I was very happy. I already knew what the school was since I was a Pureblood, but my brother is a squib, so he never got to go to Hogwarts himself. I went to Diagon Alley with my family and we bought my wand (Rosewood, Phoenix Feather, 12.5 inches, surprisingly bendy flexibility) and then bought my robes, books, and cauldrons. I loved Diagon Alley from the moment I got there and I wanted to stay for hours, but we went home and I immediately shoved my face in my books. I spent the next month reading and not doing much else, so I learned a lot. I particularly had a love for Herbology and Potions. I then got on the train to Hogwarts on September 1st, 11:00 AM and I was so excited. I spent the whole train ride studying more and then I went to The Great Hall for the sorting ceremony. It took the hat nearly 3 minutes deciding whether to put me in Gryffindor or Ravenclaw and it finally chose Ravenclaw. I was excited to learn, cast spells, and grow as a witch at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
