Backstory

I was a muggleborn b-student in New York for years, then everything changed in less than a year. My family hopped the pond and settled in London, and just as I thought my life couldn't couldn't be more upside-down, I got a letter from Hogwarts saying I was a witch. Suddenly a whole new world was opened up to me, and I loved it. One thing I found fascinating was how the muggle history that I had grown up with was totally different from what really happened. I threw myself into investigation of the true facts, and am currently writing a book that summarizes the history of magic for muggleborns like myself. What with juggling my classes with the book that I intend to publish after I graduate, I have a very busy life. That said, I always have time for my cat Parsnip and a good friend.
