Backstory

I was a muggle-born when my letter for Hogwarts was received. I had no idea what the wizarding world was or even that there was such a thing, but I was determined to attend. My family was (mostly) supportive, so on I went to be sorted and study at the wizarding school. I was very interested in caring for magical creatures and plants- my favorite subjects were as such. So as a career, I followed in the footsteps of the late Newt Scamander. I had a mangerie of my own and a stable for various species of flying horses, unicorns, and fancy hippogriffs. Near my magical ranch was a lake quite like the one at Hogwarts where I befriended the local merpeople and was introduced to my very first hippocampus.
