Howie was born in a small English village. He was raised by by his adoptive parents who had stumbled upon him, left on their stoop. He was the biggest baby they had ever seen. Being muggles, they didn’t realize that he was a half giant. By the time he received his Hogwarts letter, he was already the tallest man in the village.
