Backstory
I come from a long line of wizards on my mom's side, who brag about being linked to the Sayre line (probably by some twice removed, distant cousin, or something like that). She's a professor at Ilvermorny and all her and her family went there back in their day and they expected me to do the same. However, when I received a letter from Hogwarts when we spent the summer in London, I knew that I couldn't go to school anywhere else. As for my father, I never knew him, only that he was a wizard from a NoMaj--I mean Muggle-- family and that is where I got my NoM--Muggle-- name. Now I know, Slytherin is all about pure blood, but ever since the hat sorted me here, I've been on a mission to change that. It was odd at first being one of the few Americans here, but I've settled in and made a few friends. If you ever need to find me, look in the library (in one of the comfy leather chairs by the fire snuggled up in a blanket, reading a book).
