Backstory

Hi, I'm Fleur, Fleur Brown.
I'm a Slytherin, but if I'm honest that's kinda weird... Let me tell you about it.
I'm a pure blood, in my family, we are all witches and wizards, but you see, it's not really that simple.
Almost everyone in my family went to Gryffindor, some Ravenclaw and some other Hufflepuff. The point is, no one had been named Slytherin before. Except, obviously, me.
I wasn't really a hastall, but I wasn't either easy to place in one house.
In fact, I had qualities from every house, so that's why he wondered so much. But the hat, choose after i answered that question. I really don't understand it, not even now, but when I told him my answer, he made a big great scream (even Hagrid scared himself to death, so imagine) and right after that, I was sent to Slytherin.
My family wasn't very happy about it, because they think that the Slytherin's have another “opinions” for being pure blood (being superior, blah blah blah, like the Malfoys, for example), and my family doesn't like to get associated with that belief, because the majority of people, when they find out we are pure-bloods treat us different, sometimes it is for the good (They follow us and do everything we tell them, they idolize us and have sometimes come to give us gifts after knowing our status, which I don't really understand much) but sometimes it is for the bad, and I can ensure you it is not fun having people spitting and grunting you.
They also think that Slytherin's are insolents, very selfish and unappreciated witches and wizards.
I don't think that fits my personality description but whatever, my family does now...
So if you haven't realized yet, I no longer have a very good relationship with my family, in fact with a part of it I don't even speak any more. I don't know why they give so much importance to my house ... They seem to have a personal trauma or something like that, because every time someone says something about Slytherins they change the subject. I don't really know, and I worry less and less about this.

When you-know-who was in his peak, I sure was here. But not really very consent. I was a child. But I kept having dreams and dreams about scenes and dark situations. So I spoke with my family and told them everything I saw (they weren't happy about this either, but decided the situation was more important and didn't get mad).
They were freaked out and very concerned, but most of, confused; Why me?. They decided to tell the ministry of magic about everything I had seen the past weeks. I clarify again that I was a little girl, so for me it was only unpleasant nightmares, but it turns out they were visions directly connected to him, and were very helpful in order to erase him. Until this day, my parents haven't said a word about this issue, so i would tell you more about this totally strinking event, but I only know what i told you... Another weird thing about my life I don't understand (no, not even now, years later)

I like to say my greatest strength is persuasion, strength, power to manipulate (it sounds bad, but I assure you that 95% of the time I use it for good) and help people, which I like to do a lot.
And my greatest weakness is that sometimes I think about things too much, and that I usually get too involved in things, although I do it with good intention, that makes me get into a lot of trouble, usually with school rules, but luckily my family doesn't know

After finishing school, I really don'tr know. I want to do some research about some stuff, can't really tell you right now (it breaks some rules). Maybe spend some years in the ministry of magic... We'll see. Yet what I know for sure, is that I never want to do something that doesn't passionate me, because with the extended world of magic, that would be a crime.

For me the most fascinating aspect of magic, let me dare to say that it is dark magic. Of course, it all depends on how you use that acknowledgment, but I think it is something they don't teach us of, and it is totally necessary and interesting. Maybe, the fact that it is unknown and kinda forbidden makes me swallow like a magnet. I don'tr really know but there's something about it that attracts me even if I try to resist it.

I indeed want to use magic for helping others, always that I can. But I also want to make myself the strongest that I can, so that I can protect myself and those around me. I want to learn and discover. And above all, test myself to see my strength, and strive or more. Create, something that I'm also looking forward to doing with magic. So I would rather say 50% to help others and 50% for myself, that's how I see magic and my social purposes.
So yeah, that's what I basically want. To gain power, make adventures with my loved ones, meet new people, have duels, get better... Also, help with everything I can, as long as I consider it to be for the good. And if to achieve that I have to go through things that are bad, so be it. It will be for a greater good.

I do have a pet. It is an Eagle Owl. His name is Archimedes. I named him that way because he will have to transport back and forth countless secrets. He is a very attentive owl, and he always warns me if he feels that something is off. Which happens a lot of time, too many actually. He is very loyal and caring. He always returns with answers, that's why I love him so much, even tho I don't state it as much.
