Backstory

Destiny Lane wasn't always known as Destiny Lane she used to be known as Destiny kay Castor. Destiny didn't have an easy life per say, her father was a drunk and a muggle her mother before she past away was a witch that had attended IIvermory and graduated and met her father. When her mother past away Owen had gotten mean to the point when he looked at Destiny all he saw was her mother. He had lost control and started beating and starving the child by some miracle Destiny survived 4 years of abuse.. her mother passed away when she was just 6 years old. At the age of 9 she had ran away from her home only to have her father run after her, Destiny had taken her mothers wand as it had chosen her. Destiny was scared a frightened she had remembered reading a spell in her mom's journal called "heavens shield" her mother had made the spell when she was in her 5th year at IIvermory. A small force field had formed around the girl. At this moment Lilly had walked by and seen this. Lillian automatically went to go help the young girl. Destiny was shocked that someone even helped her, the police were called and Destiny went to trial and went through a long process of court papers to be officially adopted by Lillian, as Destiny had stayed with her throughout the whole year that was happening. Destiny told Lillian many things such as how she was a half blood and who she got her magical abilitys from. Destiny is now a 1st year Hufflepuff who is quite shy but she makes some good cookies
