Backstory

I am a proud Hufflepuff! I wasn't a hatstall, but the sorting hat did take a good bit of time. I am a half-blood, and I feel that my blood status has given me an interesting perspective on certain things. My greatest strength is my optimism, but it can also be my weakness. Always hoping for the best also comes with a great sense of disappointment and sadness when it doesn't happen. To me, though, being extremely optimistic is worth it because it can help you through some of the darkest times in your life. I am currently undecided on a career path, but I have narrowed it down to either a Healer or a Professor (ideally Care of Magical Creatures). I want to use magic to help others. All I really want is to be surrounded by good food and the people I love. I have a barn owl named Briar, and she is affectionate, smart, and loyal.
